Parsons, a 30-year veteran of Sancon Technologies and its former President, will now lead enterprise-wide strategy at Vortex, including oversight of CIPP Corp., the company’s cured-in-place pipe installation network. His new role reflects Vortex’s ongoing commitment to building an integrated, forward-looking infrastructure platform. Helmuth, who brings 15 years of field and operational expertise, steps into day-to-day leadership at Sancon to support continued growth across the western U.S.

These promotions follow Vortex’s earlier acquisition of Sancon in 2025 and signal a broader emphasis on internal succession and strategic expansion.
